Mrs. Della Howard entertained at a picnic supper on Wednesday evening at The Pinnacles” on the Skyline Drive. Besides the hotel guests Mrs. Howard invited Mr. and Mrs. H. B. Winfrey, Mr. and Mrs. Gene Wood, Miss Ruth Menefee and Mrs. Frankie Menefee.
Mr. and Mrs. John R. Hudson and their two children of Luray were guests on Saturday evening of their aunts, Mrs. Virginia Lewis and Miss Ruth Menefee.
Mrs. H. H. Aylor, who spent last week in Arlington with her daughter, Mrs. Tommie Cozzo, returned to her home here Saturday evening. While Mrs. Aylor's condition is improved, she is still recuperating from an illness of several weeks.
