Mr. and Mrs. i red ocnaeter, Susan Schaefer and Lillian Reeve spent Saturday visiting Wakefield, George Washington’s birthplace, and Stratford Hall, later going on to Colonial Beach. Miss Edna Yates Schaefer went to Amissville, Saturday, to be the week-end guest of Miss Cathy Laing and accompany the Laing family for an outing at the beach. She returned home Tuesday.

Thursday guests of Elder and Mrs. J. Harvey Daily were Elder and Mrs. Hollie Redmond of Front Royal, Mr. and Mrs. John Crouse of Sidney, Iowa. Elder and Mrs. Daily had as their dinner guests on Friday, Elder J. W. Wayland of Charlestown, W. Va., Elder and Mrs. C. W. Majors of Front Royal and Mrs. Jennie Armentrout of Woodville.
