Trial Justice Cases
The Commonwealth versus Andrew Jackson Lewis, of Sperryville, charged r- with driving drunk and reckless driving. The drunken driving charge was dismissed. Lewis was convicted of reckless driving and fined $25 and costs and his operator’^ li-v cense was suspended for 60 days. John Lowman was the arresting officer.
The Commonwealth versus John Henry Jenkins, of Sperryville, charged with reckless driving fined $10 and costs. W. A. Buntin was the arresting officer.
The Commonwealth versus John Bernard Dahlgren, of Huntly, charged^ with reckless' driving; found not guilty. W. A. Buntin was the arresting officer.
The Commonwelath versus John Alfred Crawford, of Fort Defiance; charged with speeding; fined $15 and costs. W. A. Buntin was the arresting officer.
The Commonwealth versus Melvin Lloyd Michael; of Winchester, charged with permitting an unlicensed operator to operate his car; fined $5 and costs. W. A. Buntin was the arresting officer. «
