Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Smith were over night guests Saturday of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Smith in Herndon. They were joined for dinner Sunday by Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Hitt and children Danny, David, and Dean and returned home with them. Mrs. C. C. Cockerill and Mrs. Herman Kephart and son Michael of Herndon were guests for the day Sunday of Mrs. Sarah Latham and family. Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Payne and son William had as their guests for dinner Friday evening Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Giles of Warrenton. Mr. and Mrs. David Settlage of Pioneer, Calif, were visitors Monday of Mr. and Mrs. Stanish Riley. Mrs. Settlage is the former Joyce Walter of Amissville. Mr. and Mrs. Donald Rhoades and family of Falls Church were week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Priest. Miss Nancy Latham will arrive Saturday from Berea College, Berea, Ky. to spend the Christmas holidays with her mother, Mrs. Sarah Latham and family, r.n.
