At the annual meeting of the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation, held November 26, 27 and 28 in Roanoke, Mrs. James F. Bailey of Rixeyville was elected chairman of the women’s committee of the third district which is composed of 14 counties with over 3000 FARM BUREAU members.
