NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that puranant to Sections 29-125, 29-126 and 29-127 of the Code of Virginia, the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries on December 1, 1962 adopted a new regulation 42 < g I and amended or rescinded certain other regulations as follows:

42 (g)—There shall be a continuous open season for taking trout in any 'Commission authorised commercially operated Ashing ponds without creel or hour restrictions. The operator shall be required to furnish each Asherman a bill of sale, including the name of Asherman, date, species, and number of trout creeled. The Asherman shall retain this bill of sale as long as the Ash are in his possession and a duplicate shall remain with the operator and be made available for inspection by all authorized Commission personnel.

75—-It shall be lawful to use trot lines or set poles statewide, with the exception of stocked trout waters, for the purpose of taking nongame Ash snd turtles, provided n* live bait is used.

Regulation 112, which prohibits, the use of Baltimore minnows for bait in the public impounded waters of the State, is hereby rescinded.

Regulation 68, which permits the taking of non-game Ash with Ash traps and pots by dip net permit holders, is hereby rescinded.

The foregoing shall become effective January 1, 1963.
