. So Far In Season
Game has appeared to be in short supply but hunters quite plentiful in Rappahannock during the past three weeks since Hunting Season began on Monday, November 19. Twelve deer were reported at the Game Checking Stations the first week and since then reports of 17 more have dwindled in, bringing the total to 29 thus far in the season. So far no bear have been reported but at this time last year three had been bagged.
