On the subject of calling the extra session the Governor observed that the first question is where would it meet. The Capitol building is in the midst of being renovated and will be unusable for many moatin. The halls of both the Senate and i House are In practical ruins. The floors have been torn up for re-wiring and barricades have been erected in many parts of the building. * $
Asked if he had any special alternative for the Assembly to meet he said that any public building would do, providing the special session would be a very short one. - ■' ; "" ', .
