LOCAL BOY ABOARD THE KITTY HAWK George D. ^Fincham, seaman, USN, son of Mr. and Mrs. Sam H. Fincham of Sperryville, is serving aboard the attack aircraft carrier USS Kitty Hawk, currently deployed outside the United States. During her deployment, the Kitty Hawk is expected to visit several foreign ports. As a unit of American seapower overseas, the ship is an instrument of national policy and goodwill.
