Jack L. Middleton, v0ib conducts a real estate and’ insurance business in The’ Plains, has been appointed 1963 Heart Fund Regional Campaign Chairman in this section of the state. The appointment was made by Richard H. C. Taylor of Hanover, State Heart Fund Campaign Chairman. The state is divided into five regions. Mr. Middleton will assist In all activities connected with fund raising in the nonChapter areas of his region,, Including the appointment of County Chairmen. This region is composed of the counties of Fauquier,' Loudoun, Clarke, Frederick, Warren, Rappahannock, Culpeper, Orange, Greene, Madison, Shenandoah, Page, Rockingham, Augusta, Highland, Bath, Alleghany, andRockbridge. J The new Chairman, a grad- ' uate of Virginia Polytechnic* Institute, is a member of the Board of Directors of the’ Old Dominion Eye Bank and Research, Inc., of Richmond, Chairman at the Eighth District Republicans, and President of the United Republicans* Fund of Virginia. He' was a delegate to the 1960 National RepubllcanConvention. He is a Past District Governor of Lions International.
