If the General Assembly Is! unable to agree on redistricting it is possible that every candidate must run at large to bo voted on the entire state. This would necessitate a ballot not less than two feet long and confusion no end. That is if the court does not order the redistricting first, such action being more likely.
Asked for comment Governor Harrison did not seem to be much disturbed but declined to indicate what course he might take. He said that before doing ' anything he would have to confer. with the state’s attorneys and legislative leaders.
