Sgt. and Mrs. George b. Terry and three children of Hampton were weekend guests of Mrs. Terry’s mother, Mrs. B. R. Armel and Mr. Armel. Miss Lottie Burton was a weekend guest of Mrs. George Haymaker in Front Royal. Recent luncheon guests of Mr. and Mrs. T. M. Rees at Reescroft were Mr. and Mrs. Jack Smith of Silver Spring, Md., and Mrs. Smith's father, Paul Hagen of Minneapolis, Minn. Mrs. Bertie Lib Moffett, Mis8 Anne Cooksey and Mrs. Wade H. Massie, Jr., were Saturday luncheon guests of Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Wood in Sperryville. Mr. and Mrs. George H. Davis, Jr., were business visitors Monday and Tuesday in Charlottesville and Richmond. , Miss Annie Miller Almond entered Winchester Memorial Hospital Monday for eye surgery and expects to remain a patient there for about two weeks. She was accompanied to Winchester by Miss Mary Miller Wood. Mr. and Mrs. Magruder Keyser and two sons, Scott and Joe of Fairfax, spent Sunday with Mr. Keyser’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry M. Keyser at Pleasant View. Mr. and Mrs. J. N. Miller and three sons were Sunday visitors in the Keyser home.
