Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Haywood Dodson of Washington, Va. announce the marriage of their daughter, Ruby Mae, to Richard Herbert Kilby, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lenwood Taylor Kilby of Culpeper, Va. The ceremony was performed Friday, June 21, 1963 by the Rev. Jesse C. Green, Jr. in Culpeper. Mr. and Mrs.- Kilby are making their home in Culpeper.

Mrs. W. F. Moffett, Jr., Page, Frank and Cartie Moffett returned home Friday from a two weeks stay with Mrs. Moffett’s parents the Rev. and Mrs. C. E. Buxton in Springfield. Miss Segar Jones will leave Sunday for Radford and Frank Moffett will go to Blacksburg to attend the session of Girl’s State and Boy’s State being held next week. This is an annual affair, sponsored by the American Legion and American Legion Auxiliary for the purpose of training and educating young people in civic leadership. Miss Frankie Keyser, Mrs. Jay Tarwater and son, David, of Hyattsville, Md., were Wednesday overnight guests of Miss Mary Miller Wood. On Wednesday they attended a meeting at Good Hope Baptist Church in Madison County celebrating the seventy fifth anniversary year of the Women’s Missionary Union. Miss Keyser’s mother and Mrs. Tarwater's grandmother’s name, the late Mrs. Charles H. Keyser, appeared on the Honor Roll having served as Associational Superintendent from 1913 until. 1916. Another daughter of Mrs. Keyser, Mrs. John Long of Williamsburg, sent flowers in honor of the occasion.
