Bridesmaids were Miss Robin Bean of Front Royal ' arndofdi& im&yk Johnston of Washington, Virginia, a cousin of the bride. They were dressed identically in street length gowns of blue chiffon with lace jackets. They wore matching veiled headpieces. Their nosegays were of pink painted daise£ and baby’s |breath. Best man for the bridegroom was his cousin, James Bowling of Washington, D. C. Ushers were Jay Tobin of Front Royal, a cousin of the bride, Edgar Browning, Lewis Moore and Marvin Bradford, III, all of Flint Hill. Following the wedding, a reception was held at the Virginia Gentleman Restaurant. Mrs. T. Morgan Johnston, Washington, served the wedding cake and presiding at the punch bowl were Mrs. Robert McCarty and Mrs. Dan Bauer,aunts of the bride.
