The marriage of Miss Janet Johnston to Charles Edward Bowling, Jr. was solemnized Saturday, June 29, 1963, at two o’clock in the afternoon at the Presbyterian Church in Front Royal. Miss Johnston is the daughter of Mrs. B. Keith Johnston and the late Mr. Johnston of Front Royal. Mr. Bowling is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Edward Bowling of Flint Hill. The Rev. J. Layton Mauze III performed the double ring ceremony. The church was decorated with white gladiolus, chrysanthemums and candles. Mis6 Elizabeth Rudacille rendered a program of nuptial music and the tr&di* tional wedding marches, and accompanied Miss Bonita Traylor who sang *0 Perfect Love” and “The Lord's Pray.r*
