Student Cooperative Association officers are installed at Washington Elementary School Friday. They are Carty Moffett, secretary; Wade Wailihan Massie, treasurer; Mrs. Elaine Russell, sponsor; William Payne, vice*president; and Tommy Williams, president. A slate of officers was nominated by a committee. Those nominated carried on a campagin and the election was held after a registration of voters and payment of a penny poll tax.
