Mrs. Bertie Lib Moffett returned hoire Friday from a two weeks visit with her son Dr. Brooke Moffett andfamily in Norfolk. She accompanied Miss Carolyn Turner from Richmond. Miss Annie Cooksey spent Sunday as the guest of Mrs. Frank: Armentrout near Woodville.
Mr. and Mrs. Henry M. Keyser spent the week-end in Williamsburg and attended the William and Mary Homecoming, including the W & MU of West Virginia football game. They were guests of Dr. and Mrs. Alfred Armstrong, Mr. and Mrs. L. H. Nightengale and Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Keyser. Monday afternoon and dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. W. Arthur Miller were Mrs. Henry T. Miller, Miss Betsy Staack, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Powell, all of Washington, D. C. and Mrs. Oscar Lindgren of Jessamine Hill. Mr. and Mrs. J. N. Miller and three sons were Friday over-night guests of Mr. and Mrs. D. D. Miller, Jr. in McLean and attended the George Washington-V. P. L football game at City Stadium in Washington, D. C. Judge and Mrs. T. C. Lea, John R., DeBergh and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Cosby of Powhatan were supper guests Friday of Mr. and Mrs. H. Magruder Keyser in Fairfax and all attended the G. W._ V. P. I; football game. Miss Susan Thornton of Culpeper spent several days this week as a guest of Mrs. Wade
