njoyed the dis-% play of crocheted and stenci handwork given by the members. We invite the visitors to join with the club for future meetings. Mrs. Irvin Kilby was hostess to the Sperryville club on October 10. The eight members present saw a demonstration on Choosing and Wearing Accessories. The Flint Hill Club met on Tuesday, October 15 at the home of Mrs. Mabel Llllard for a program on Easier Ironing Methods. My sincerest thanks to the persons who have volunteered to bake the apple pies for the library luncheon on Saturday. The pies will be picked up from the arranged spot in your community on Friday afternoon.

The training meeting for leaders who will give the home demonstration club programs for November on Cookie and Candy Making will be held on Tuesday, October 22, at 10 a.m. in the Episcopal Parish Hall in Washington.
