M/Sgt. Snd Mrs. Lee Swindler, Jr. and two children Mike and Barbara Dawn were dinner guests on Monday of his brother and sister-in-law S/Sgt. and Mrs. J.E.Swindler in Manassas and over-night guests of Sgt. and Mrs.Warren Barr in Falls Church. Sgt. and Mrs. Swindler, Jr. and family left Wednesday for their home in Omaha, Nebraska after a three weeks visit at the home of his parents and other relatives. Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Johnson had as guests last week their niece Mrs. Robert Bear and daughter Miss Gayie Bear of Dayton, Ohio, on Friday they motored over the Skyline Drive and were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Fred W. Schaefer. Dinner guests on Saturday evening of Mr. and Mrs. Fred W. Schaefer were the Rev. and Mrs. Charles F. Glaenzer and their house guest Mrs. Margaret Fleming and Mr. and Mrs. Charles B. Palmer of Washington, Va. Supper guests on Saturday of Mr. and Mrs. J. Earl Wayland were Mr. and Mrs. R.B. Wayland, of Newport News Robert Brown, Mr. and Mrs. John Gabbert, of Silver Spring Md., Mrs. Helen Bruce and her grandson Bruce Lee Smith Saturday over-night guests of the Waylands were their son and daughter-in-law Mr. and Mrs. Larry Wayland of Arlington.
