The Library?
Books to suit most anyone's taste are now available at your public Library. Have YOU taken one out yet? The present hours for opening are Wednesday afternoon, Friday evening and Saturday morning. Rules for borrowing books are as follows: new books are checked out on a weekly basis, with a fine of five cents per day (days the Library is open) when overdue. Old books may be kept out for two weeks. All books are renewable on or before the expiration date stamped, Watch for a regular Rappahannock Library Column soon to appear.

Seal Sale Campaign
Mrs. James B. Grimmer's appointment as Rappahannock County Christmas Seal Chairman for 1963 has been announced by Area Chairman Arthur Godfrey and President Joe McDaniel of the Tuberculosis and Health Association of Northern Virginia. Mrs. Grimmer lives in Flint Hill. Serving on Mrs. Grimmer's committee are Mrs. W, A. Gentry, Mrs. Charles Palmer, and Mrs. Bradley Williams. Mrs. Grimmer said, “Residents are being given seals this year and are urged to use them to show their interest, and to contribute as generously as possible in the crusade against our No. 1 communicable disease."
