Indictments Here

Rappahannock County CiZ’&ilt Court convened for the November term on Monday the** 11th, at which time the grand jury handed down eleven indictments. Archie Allen McGuinn was indicted for involuntary manslaughter; James Pendleton Robinson, felonious and malicious shooting; David Allen Jenkins, involuntary manslaughter; John David Knott, 4 counts of breaking and entering; and Gerald Page Bradley, 4 counts of breaking and entering. The Brand jury was composed of Paul Nichols, foreman; W. G. Eastham, L. S. Jenkins, G. Brown Miller, and Robert G. Dennis. James Woodrow Knox pled guilty to grand larceny. Imposition of sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year. He will be released to the custody of Military authorities.

BAG DEER

Charles (Bunny) Welch of Flint Hill successfully downed a deer Saturday with a bow and (arrow according to R. L. Rector who checked the ani^ mal at his game checking station. Tuesday another archer, Arthur Hi8erman of F ront Royal, also bagged a deer. Both animals were gotten on or near the Bowling property near Flint Hill.
