The peak of the Veterans Administration program providing education and training assistance to war orphans is expected to be reached during the school year just beginning a long range VA survey shows. Those who are eligible are the children, generally aged 18 to 23, of veterans whose deaths resulted from injury or disease originally incurred or aggravated in line of duty while on active wartime service.
