conditions, and prepared to save the life of others, if necessary, Tim Kilby, son of Mr. and Mrs. L. J. Kilby of Sperryville has been a Patrol Leader. Senior Patrol Leader and Junior Assistant Scoutrriaster in his troop. He has received the Certification for Emergency Service Award and is an active member of the Order of the Arrow. He is now in his 4th year as a Scout and has earned 25 merit badges. Leslie and Michael Titchenell, both sons of the Reverend and Mrs. B. Gale Titchenell of Woodville, began their Scouting in Pennsylvania. Leslie joined Cub Pack 158 in Philadelphia and from there transferred to the Cub Pack at Point Pleasant, Pa. He became a Boy Scout in June 1958 at Point Pleasant and from there transf e r red to the Sperryville Troop. Leslie has been a Patrol Leader, Senior Patrol Leader and Junior Assistant Scoutmaster. He has been certified for the Mile Swim, has been a Den Chief, and holds the Emergency Service Certificate. He also is an active member of the Order of the Arrow and has completed 8 years in Scouting, earning 25 merit badges. • Michael began his Scouting career as “mascot” for Pack 158 in Philadelphia and became a registered Cub while at Point Pleasant, Pa. He joined Troop 31 there upon reaching his 11th birthday and from that troop transferred to Troop 65. Mike has served as Scribe, and Senior Patrol
