Army, who is presently stationed with the 4th Armored Division at Fort Lewis, Washington, has been awarded the Air Force Medal for his work in combat with a Viet Namese Regiment as their senior regimental advisor. Sperryville Fire Dept, plans an auction in tbe near future. Next week firemen will make a house to house canvass in and around Sperryville and the F. T. Valley for saleable articles, according to the fire company president, Robert F. Estes. Anything you would like to contribute will be appreciated and the funds will go toward the completion of the new fire house.
