John A. Hough

John Andrew Hough, 55, of Amissville, died Sunday, November 8, 1964 at a restaurant in Amissville. He was a carpenter by trade, the son of Mrs. Susan Callahan Hough and the late Joseph Hough. Surviving besides his mother is his wife, Mrs. Emma Frances Hough of Leesburg; two brothers, Joseph Hough of Sterling and Louis Hough, Amissville; and two sisters, Mrs. Alice Gill of Winchester and Mrs. Mary Craig of Berryville. A funeral service was held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Amissville Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Ellis officiating. Interment was in the Hough family cemetery near Amissville.
