Mr. and Mrs. Cabell Woodward and son Cary Woodward of New York City spent several days this week at the Lee Highway Hotel. Nelson Jenkins and Buddy Pullen of Washington visited Elmer and Branson Pullen Monday and Tuesday of this week. Mrs. Sadie Pullen and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Cassidy of Baltimore were week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Jenkins. Mrs. C_, E. Johnson III and son of Staunton were guests from Sunday until Wednesday of Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Johnson Jr. while Mr. Johnson III was in New York on business. Mrs. Gladys Anderson who has been a patient In Culpeper Memorial Hospital returned home on Saturday and is recovering satisfactorily. During her absence Mrs. Harry Martin of Baker ton stayed at her home. Mrs. Lawrence Oden of Sharpsburg, Md. is the guest of Mrs. Anderson this week.
