It is with a great deal of pride and satisfaction that we report the American Red Cross Bloodmobile visit on Friday was a success. Sixty nine donors presented themselves at the mobile blood unit at Trinity Parish Hall. At the last visit in April 47 pints were received from 59donors; Credit is due the Junior Chamber of Commerce members who stimulated interest and active participation in the project, as well as many other individuals. Severals donors also served throughout the day at different posts for the unit. One family of donors were represented by the mother and three sons; Mrs. B. R. Armel, William, Everett, and Harold B. Estes; other family units of husband and wife, mother and son, father and son, etc. were evidenced. It gives aj cheering prospect that return visits of the Bloodmobile will be successful and that Rappahannock will retain its valuable participation in the Blood program.
