Heart Victim Dies
At Restaurant
John Hough of near Amissville died suddenly Sunday morning at Lom-Bar-Dy Tea Room in Amissville, the victim of a heart attack. He was 53 years old. According to Miss Irvar Poe, proprietor of the tea room, Hough came to Lorn-Bar- Dy, made a purchase, and as he left, he slumped to the ground just outside of the front door. The Culpeper Rescue Squad was called. 'Hough was given month to mouth resuscitation by an unidentified nurse, who happened to be a gas customer there but to no avail. Trooper W. A Buntin arrived at the tea room and Rappahannock Counjy Coroner, Dr. John P. Snead, Jr. was summoned. Hough was pronounced dead by the coroner. He was taken to Geest Funeral Parlors in Culpeper by the Culpeper Rescue Squad.
