NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that' pursuant to Sections 29-125 and 29126 of the Code of Virginia, the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries, meeting in Richmond, Virginia, October 30, 1964, ordered the proposed changes in its rules and will hold a Public Hearing for the purpose of adopting these proposed rules at the Court House, Virginia Beach, Virginia, 3:30 p.m. November 30, 1964.
Amend Regulation 39 as follows:
39 i a i to declnre Muskellunge and Northern Pike as game fish
39 (bl to establish creel limits of two a day on Northern Pike and Muskellunge; and include Rock Bass or Redeye in the creel limit of 25 a ilny in the aggregate of sunfish species except in the waters of Gaston and Kerr Reservoirs and the Dan River below the Brantly Steam Plant [ Dam where there shall be no creel limit.
