Library Board
To Meet Friday
The Rappahannock Library Board will hold its winter planning meeting at the Library, Friday 13 at seventhirty o’clock. A special invitation is issued to those who would join in the Library Program to attend this meeting.
On the agenda for consideration is representation at the annual conference of the Virginia Library Association to be held this year at the Marriott Motor Hotel at Twin Bridges in Arlington, Va. on Thursday Friday, and Saturday, Novem-4 ber 19, 20 and 21. This is the first year we have been invited to participate, and it is hoped that we shall be well represented. Other items to be decided will be a series of programs for the winter, some to be given in the various districts and some at the Li-r brary. This is your library. Do you take advantage of all the services it provides? If not, why not drop in any Wednesday afternoon or Saturday morning. It will surprise you the number of fine books now on the shelves for your use.
