Mr. Robert Jenkins of Madison, Virginia, former 4-H’er will give a talk and show slides of his trip to India. Mr. Jenkins was an 1965 International Farm’11 Youth Exchange Delegate. Superintendent R. Taylor Hoskins of Shenandoah National Park today announced two evening programs to observe the 39th anniversary of the Congressional Act which authorized the establishment of the Park. Illustrated lodge talks placing special emphasis on this event will be held at Skyland Lodge on Friday evening, May 21, and at Big Meadows Lodge on Saturday evening, May 22. Both programs are scheduled for 8;30 p. m. EST. (9:30 p. m. Eastern Daylight Time)_
