Mr. and Mrs. Sonny White ind daughter Dawn of Manassas spent Sunday at Mr. White’s father’s Seven Spring Farm and also visited Mr. and Mrs. Olney Kennedy. Waver and Olney Kennedy attended the funeral of their cousin James Albert Fincham at. Washington, Virginia, on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Stewart H. Butler of Havenhill spent a recent week-end at Hampton where they were the guests of Col. and Mrs. Frank Breiting, Jr. and family. On the return trip home they came by way of Yorktown, Stratford and Wakefield. Mr. and Mrs. Brice Biggers and grandson Jerry Powers of Holly Spring Farm spent the week-end in Bethesdawith Mrs. Biggers' daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. George Herman and family. Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Tidier were Mr. and Mrs. Edmund Curtis and Carroll Burke of Cedar Grove and Mrs. Chester Weaver of Boston. Mr. and Mrs. Luther Elkins of Charleston, W. Va., are spending two weeks with their brother-in-law and sister, Mt and Mrs. Russell Settle of Mt. Savage Farm. Robert E. McLaughlin of Washington, D. C. with his mother and guest spent the week-end at his farm “Mounterrain" near Slate Mills. Mr. and Mrs. Jimmie Wright of Maryland who have purchased a lot from the Oscar Jenkins' and have been living in a trailer there for the past two months, are having a mobile home erected. They are spending several days with Mr. and Mrs. Jenkins while this is being done. On Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Jenkins accompanied their son and daughter-iqlaw Mr. and Mrs. George Jenkins of Culpeper when they drove to Manassas to spend the day with another son Charles Williams Jenkins and family. Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Ramey were Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Updike of Washington. Sunday afternoon callers were Mr. and Mrs. Raymond A. Keys of Boston and Mr. and Mrs. George Hawkins of Sperryville.
