Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Pullen were guests Saturday night and Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. James Pullen in Alexandria. Mrs. Ruth Lillard was the overnight guest Saturday of her son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Earl Hawkins in Arlington. Mrs. W. A. Moore was the weekend guest of her daughter Miss Charlotte Moore in Falls Church. Miss Virginia Yates Bradford, Mrs. Thelma Russell and Miss Lucille Riley of Amissville were visitors Friday evening of Mr. and Mrs. Patterson Biggs in Harrisonburg.

Mrs. Thelma Russell had as guests for picnic supper Satur day night at Dickey Ridge Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Russell, Miss Virginia Yates Bradford, Miss Betty Lee Glascock, Mr. and Mrs. Patterson Biggs and J. G. Russell. Mrs. Thelma Russell, J. G, Russell, Mrs. Patterson Biggs and Miss Betty Lee Glascock were Sunday dinner guests of Mrs. Mary Russell at Orlean.

Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Burke at Boston. About 45 people were present. Mrs. Cascaden, the former Miss Joan Kibler, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Kibler of New Salem, was a classmate of both Mrs. Butler and Miss Dean at Culpeper High School. She was married February 12 to Mr. Cascaden of Lewiston, Maine, who is employed by the government in Washington, D. C. The young couple are making their home in Arlington.
