scheduled for earlier in the week. The annual All Star tapping ceremony (selecting new members for this 4-H honor group) is also on Thursday afternoon. Four-H’ers recommended by their counties as top in project work, citizenship and leadership receive this honor. The annual tea on Friday afternoon will highlight the week’s activities at Short Course. Guests at the tea, to be held in Squires Hall’ will include all 4-H club members, leaders, All Stars, special guests, and Extension personnel. Tonight, the annual 4-H ‘Share the Fun’ program will be held in Burruss Hall auditorium. Hunter N. Spence of Virginia Beach, a 4-H All Star and 1964 IFYE delegate to Thailand, will be master of ceremonies. The impressive State 4-H Candlelighting ceremony will wind up activities for the week.
