More than 1100 4-H'ers from throughout the state are attending this largest of any Virginia 4-11 event. Prizes awarded include 33 trips to the National 4-11 Club Congress in Chicago in November, several other trips, college scholarships, cash awards, savings bonds, wrist watches, portable radios, and pen and pencil sets. Revival at Five Forks Church July 11-18 A revival will be held at the b ive f-orks Church beginning Sunday, July 11 at 8 o clock each evening and closing July 18 with dinner on the grounds. Cider Guy Wykle from West Virginia will be guest speaker.
Amissville MYF Elects Officers
The MY 1- of Amissville Methodist Church elected officers at their June meeting held the bth. New officers elected and installed are: president, Peggy llitt; secreiary, Robert llitt; treasurer, Richard Holmes; reporter, Janet I lack ley. I he youth group holds their meeting each Sunday evening at 7 p.-rn. Hoys and girls between the ages of 10 and 21 are invited to attend.
