Does it have pleasing line, shape, proportion, color, and texture? Does the addition suit the room? Does it serve a purpose or will it only become clutter? Strive for a home with a straight-forward, clean-cut, comfortable, and attractive look, whether you’re operating on an unlimited budget or a shoestring.
