By Mrs. Alice Dorsey Miss Peggy Burke, Mrs. James Hamilton, Linda and Randy and Mr. andMrs. Clyde Dodson, all of Silver Spring, Md. guests this past week of Mr. and Mrs. Brew Burke, enjoyed a surprise birthday supper Saturday night honoring the birthday of Miss Peggy Burke, daughter of the Brew Burke's. Other guests attending were Mr. and Mrs. Tom Thornhill and daughter Lou Ellen. On Tuesday Mrs. Tom Thornhill and the Misses Ann and Nancy Thornhill joined the Burke’s and their guests at a picnic dinner on Skyline Drive. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Thornhill entertained the Burkes and their guests at dinner on Friday. The Misses Ann and Nancy Thornhill were overnight guests. Mrs. Charles Thornhill is in Morrisville, N. J. She will be nursing there for a month. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Thornhill and daughter Lou Ellen were dinner guests on Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Meade Jenkins of Remington. Mr. and Mrs. Ike Knight and daughter Kathy qf Baltimore were also guests of the Jenkins’.
and son Bruce of Rockville, Md. Mr. and Mrs. James Delling er of Alexandria were weekend visitors of Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Dellinger. Mrs. O. T. Deal was an over night guest Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Pete Settle in Manassas returning home Monday eve ning.
