All that certain tract or parcel of land together with buildings and improvements thereon and privilege and appurtenances therewith connected, situate, lying, and being on the southeast side of Route 628 about one mile northeast of Washington, Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, more particularly described according to a plat pre- * pared by Curry T. Guinn, Jr., Certified Land Surveyor, dated October 3, 1962, as follows: ‘Beginning at “A”, on the plat, a point in the middle of Route 628 about 30 ft. N 8 deg. from a comer fence post (marked by an iron pipe) and running along the middle of the road S 71 deg. W 200 Ft., S 82 deg. W 72 Ft. to “B”, a point in the middle of said Route 628 about 21 Ft., N 29 deg. W from a fence post (marked by an iron pipe); thence with land remaining to R. L. Frazier, S 29 deg. E. 244 Ft. to “C”, a fence post (marked by an iron pipe), N 46»/2 deg. E 222 Ft. to “D’\ an iron pipe still with land remaining to R. L. Frazier, N 8 deg. W 138 Ft. to the beginning, and containing one (1.0) acres.’ ”

This is the same tract or parcel of land acquired by Bobby L*e Frazier by deed from Robert Lee Frazier, et ux, dated November 14, 1962, and recorded November 15, 1962, m the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 78 at page 223.
