Sammy Dwyer was a guest last week of Freddlfe Schaefer and attended Bible School at Trinity Episcopal Church, Washington. Miss Susan Schaefer was In Charlottesville Friday for a check up of her broken ankle. She was accompanied by Miss Dottle Davis of Washington.. Mr. and Mrs. A. Paul Thompson and daughter Ann Rodes, and Sara Cliborn, a niece of the Thompsons, were over night guests Wednesday of Mr. and Mrs. J. Rodes Brown. They were enroute from Missouri to North Caroli na. Mr. and Mrs. W. K. Davis, who recently purchased “Oak Hill", the former home of Mr.'and Mrs. Walton Wood, are spending some time here. Mrs. G. W. Hawkins was a luncheon guest last Monday of her mother, Mrs. G. M. Golden and sister, Mrs. Frank Edmonds in Rront Royal.
