Game Law Folder
Has New Format
The “Summary of Virginia Game Laws’ distributed each year by the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries has a new look this year. The informational piece has been expanded to a 24 page pocket size booklet and incorporates additional hunting season maps and copy. In addition to the season maps incorporated last year, the publication includes maps on raccoon and fox seasons and bag limits. Also included are more local regulations on carrying firearms on or hunting near public roads. The expanded format makes the booklet easier to read. The 24 page booklet is new being distributed to clerks, license agents and sporting goods dealers throughout the state and will soon be available from these sources. Single copies may be obtained from the Game Commission office, Box 1642, Richmond, Virginia 23213.
