Dr. and Mrs. Ned Hopkins and family of Norfolk are guests for several days of Mrs Hopkins' mother Mrs. R. L. Rudasill. Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Johnson are guests of relatives on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Miss Genele Burke of Clinton, Md. and Dale Hamburger of Silver Spring, Md. were guests of Mrs. Charlie Burke for the week-end and accompanied by Mrs. Burke visited Mr. Burke in the University Hospital in Charlottesville. Mr. Burke is reported to be improving. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Hoffman and family of California were guests for a few days last week of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Johnson. Mr. and Mrs. Carroll Quaintance and daughter of Washington, D.. C. were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. H. B, Wood. Mr. and Mrs. Asher Lowman of Arlington spent the weekend at their home.
