Robert A. Buchanan II of Penn Hills, Pa. operating a 61 Buick, skidded on wet pavement and struck two oncoming vehicles; one a 66 International truck and the other a 64 Chevrolet. The truck which was owned by Culpeper Farmers Coop Inc. was operated by James F. Fincham of Culpeper. The Chevrolet was driven by Mrs. Ruth Clark of Washington, Va. and was owned by her husband, Edward Clark. Damage was estimated at $500 to the Buchanan car; $250 to the truck and $150 to the Clark car. Buchanan was charged with reckless driving, said the officer.
