Dear Editor: Your Interesting article in last week’s paper pertaining to Armistead Boothe’s campaign for the U. S. Senate failed to mention his two law partners who have close ties to Rappahannock. They are Eastham Waller Dudley, grandson of Judge Hugh Dudley and Miss Eugenia who lived across from the Carter house there in Washington and William W. Koontz, the “Little Billy” referred to so fondly by the Deatherage ladles at the Horseshoe.
