Amissvllle Fire Company was called to a fire Tuesday morning at the home of Ernest Martin. The fire was brought under control but damage to the house was estimated at $1000. Amissvllle Fire Company answered an alarm to a chimney fire Thursday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Carter. Sunday evening Amissvllle Rescue Squad responded to a traffic collision on Route 211 where Burt N. Johnson of Fort Dix, N. J. was taken to Fauquier Hospital. Monday evening the Amissville squad took Mrs. Paul St. Clair of Amissvllle from a traffic accident on Route 211 to Fauquier Hospital. Tuesday the Rappahannock Squad took Bunny Hudson of Flint Hill to Winchester Memorial Hospital.
