The meeting was called to arder by President John McDevitt III with invocation given ay Elder Charles W. Alderton. The secretary reported that 732 shares were represented. The resolution was passed by jnanimous vote. It Was reported that this additional noney would be used for construction of a new chapel and remodeling of the existing puilding. New stockholders attending :he meeting included Elder Uderton, Mrs. Aubrey Utz, Mrs. Bernard Crigler and Egbert Carpenter.
