A veteran would be wise to see that the sales agreement included the provision that if the purchaser was not acceptable to the Veterans Administration, then the transaction is invalid. The period of time that is normally required for action to be contemplated by the Veterans Administration is s o m ewhere near four weeks. This period, of time would haturally depend upon the work load in the particular Veterans Administration Office, and could easily vary somewhat.
