Accepts Pastorate
The Rev. A. Ray Williams and Mrs. Williams have moved into the Flint Hill Baptist parsonage and Mr. Williams started serving the Flint Hill Baptist churches July 1. He is a graduate of Mercer University, Macon, Ga., his native city. He completes his studies at Southeastern Theological Seminary, Wake Forest, on July 29 at which time he will be a candidate for a Bachelor of Divinity. Mrs. Williams, the former Miss Frances Dicks of Richmond is a graduate of Chowan Junior College and holds a B. A. degree from Wake Forest University.

A surprise program and pic- j nic was given at Oakley Baptist Church in Rappahannock last Sunday in honor of Mrs. Ada Huff, who has been a mem ber for 60 .years and Mrs. Janie Beahm, who has been a member for 45years.
