Second Lieutenant Marvin R. Bradford III, whose parents live in Flint Hill, Va., completed a nine-week basics officer course at the Army Quar ter master School, Fort Lee, Va., June 27. Lieutenant Bradford received instruction in petroleum products, supply by airdrop, food service in field and combat, clothing supply, and duties of supply officers. The lieutenant entered the Army last April. The 22-year-old officer is a 1961 graduate of Rappahannock .County High School, Washington.
A member of Phi Beta Lambda and Alpha Kappa Psi fraternities and the Scabbard and Blade Society, Lieutenant Bradford received a B. S. degree in 1965 from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute in Blacksburg.
