Vespers Services at Luray
The second Vesper Service of the season will be held at the Luray Singing Tower Sunday evening, July 9. The service begins with a carillon recital at 7:45 p. m. by Charles T, Chapman, The devotional service is at 8:15 p. m. with the Rev. R. Kern Eutsler, D.D. as speaker. The musical part of the program will feature the Choir of the Methodist Church of Elkton. The public is invited to attend these helpful and inspiring services on the lawn of the Singing Tower.
Hunt Law Summaries
The 1967 - 68 edition of the Summary of Virginia Game Laws has been distributed to Game Commission license agents around the state so that copies may be given to persons purchasing hunting licenses on or after July 1, the Commission’s Information Of fice reports. The 24 page book let is similar in format to last year’s edition containing season dates, hunting regulations and restrictions, license fees and trapping regulations.
New edition of other Game Commission informational folders on such subjects as camping, fishing waters, marinas and boat launching ramps are also available free from license agents
