This is the same and identical tract or parcel of land acquired by said Floyd B. Hitt, from Joseph S. Hitt, widower, by deed dated and recorded January 18, 1955, in the aforesaid Clerk's Office In Deed Book 52, at pane 271; and by deed from Ruth Hitt Grlmsley, dated and recorded June 5, 1954, in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 81, at page 459.

TRACT NO. 3: "All those certain tracts or parcels of land containing 20 acres, more or less, lying and being situate in Jackson Magisterial District, of Rappahannock County, Virginia, on the Fast side of Virginia Secondary Highway no. 242 and bounded by said Highway 242 on the West, on the South by the lands of Eddith I’eyton, on the North by the land ot Joseph S. Hitt, and on the East by the lands of Herndon G. King."

This is the same and identical tract or parcel of land acquired bysaid Floyd B. Hitt, from Robert Lee Miller, single, by deed dated and recorded April 25, 1956, in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 65, at page 91.

TRACT NO. 4: "Beginning at A. an Iron pin set in concrete on the East side of State Route no. 729, leading from Ben Venue to Laurel Mills, said point being located on the North Side of a lane leading to the residence formerly occupied by Ruth Bancroft Hitt (who has subsequently married Shelton Grlmsley) said Ruth Bancroft Grlmsley property having been conveyed R. L. Miller, by deed dated April 29, 1956, and in turn conveyed by R. L. Miller to Floyd B. Hitt, by deed bearing date on April 25, 1956, said point of beginning also being the northwest corner of said property formerly owned by Ruth Bancroft tirimsley, and running thence with said highway in a northerly direction a distance of 742 ft. to another iron pin set in concrete on the East boundary of said highway, designated as Point B; thence leaving said highway and running In an easterly direction with the lands retained by the Grantor herein and in the line ol a plank fence recently erected, to another pin set in concrete on said plank fence at the top of a hill, said point being designated as Point C (said Point C being the northeast corner of the present yard fence of Floyd B. Hitt), and being 175 feet from Point B, continuing thence with the lands retained by the Grantor herein in a straight line through the .JcULadfcf .Grantor herein la a projection of said lin* between Points B fMMfcga-a <Mstagce of 644 feet to hiat^ an In* pin set In concrete in a woods: thence In a Southerly direction with the lands retained by the Grantor herein, a distance of 155 fee{ to another iron pin set in concrete, designated as Point E, in the Line of the land acquired by Floyd B. Hitt from R. L. Miller, formerly the Ruth Bancroft Grlmsley land; thence with said land, as marked by a lane leading to said property So acquired byFloyd B. Hitt from R. L. Miller, in a westerly direction a distance of approximately 842 fret to the point of beginning, and containing by estimation approximately 6 acres, however. Included therein is the land previously acquired by said Floyd B. Hitt from Joseph S. Hitt, widower, by deed dated and recorded January 18, 1955, in the aforesaid Clerk's Office, in Deed Book 62, at page 271.” (Designated herein as Tract No. 2.)

This is the same and identical tract or parcel of land acquired by said Floyd B. Hitt, from Joseph S. Hitt, widower, by deed dated April 26, 1956, and recorded May 5, 1956, In the aforesaid Clerk's Office In Deed Book 65, at page 1.10; and by deed from Ruth Hitt Grlmsley, dated and recorded Juni 5. 1964, In the aforesaid Clerk's Office, in I>eed Book 81, at page 459.

TRACT NO. 5: "All that certain tract or parrel of land containing 28.96 acres and bounded on the West by State Secondary Route No. 729, on the North by the lands of Brueton Franklin Settle and Beatrice Florence Settle and J. R. Latham, on the East by said J. R. Latham and the lands of Herndon G. King, on the South by said Herndon G. King and the lands presently owned by Floyd B. Hitt.”

This is the same and identical tract or parcel of land acquired by said Floyd B. Hitt, from Joseph S. Hitt, widower, by deed dated April 29, 1959, and recorded August 1, 1959, In the aforesaid Clerk s Office in Deed Book 70, at page 387; and by the aforisaid deed from Ruth Hitt Grlmsley, recorded as aforesaid, in Deed Book 81, at page 459.

TRACT No. 6: "All those tracts or parcels of land, situate, lying and being on the West and East side of State Route No. 729, leading from Ben \enue to Laurel Mills, and bounded and described as follows, to-wit:

‘Tract No. 1: All that certain tract of land containing by estimation 17 acres, lying on the West side of Rt. 729, described as follows: Beginning at an iron pin set In concrete on the west side of said highway, corner to the same, and the said lands of J. R. Latham, running thence with the new State Route 729 in a Southerly direction a distance of 425 ft. to another Iron pin set In concrete, thence leaving the present Route 729 and following old Rt. 729 with the lands of Sam Woodard, In a Southwesterly direction a distance of 347 ft. to another steel post set in concrete, thence with the lands of R. L Miller in a westerly direction a distance of 783 feet to another steel post set In concrete, in the lines of R. L. Miller, thence continuing with said Miller In a Westerly direction a distance of 582 ft. to another steel post set In concrete in the lands of R .L. Miller, thence in a Northerly direction with the lands of R. L. Miller, a distance of 561 ft. with an American wire fence to another steel post set in concrete, a corner to the tract hereby conveyed, the lands retained by R. L. Miller, and the lands of J. R. Latham, thence in an easterly direction with the lands of J. R. Latham a distance of 1431 ft. to the point of beginning, containing by estimation 17 acres.
